Today school was normal... There will always be nothing special in school. -.-lll
So after school at 4pm, we had our 5 station Nafa Test.

We started off with Standing Board Jump. Not bad I jumped around 213cm which is a D. Damn it gotta re-test this to get a A for Nafa test. !!!

Next is the Sit and Reach. Hahaha I got 41cm i think, a B. Zzzzz. =.=

After that we did Pull-up. Super funny, watching the different faces reaction. I did 8, a A. ^.^

Then comes the Shuttle run, my timing was 10.31 second, should be a D too... need to re-test.

And last but not least, Sit-up. Haha piece of cake, did 45 and get A for it.


After that, rush to bball training!!! -.-lll
I'm not a slacker ya... haha...

Weird thing in bball training, is that there is girls.
First time i see got girls step into the court to "train" lol.
I shall talk about this in future times. Wonder how long they will last. Wahaha.
